Occupational skills standards for thread rolling machine operators

There are 4 levels in this occupation, namely primary (National Vocational Qualification Level 5), Intermediate (National Vocational Qualification Level 4), Advanced (National Vocational Qualification Level 3), and Technician (National Vocational Qualification Level 2). The fingers and arms are flexible and have good physical fitness.

Elementary (one of the following conditions)

(1) After the vocational elementary formal training reaches the required standard hours, and obtain a certificate of completion (completion).

(2) The vocational apprenticeship expires.(3) Continuous probationary work in this occupation for more than 2 years.

Intermediate (one of the following conditions)

(1) After obtaining the junior vocational qualification certificate for this occupation, he has been engaged in the operation of the thread rolling machine for more than 3 years, and has reached the required standard number of hours after the vocational intermediate formal training, and obtained the completion certificate.

(2) After obtaining the junior vocational qualification certificate for the occupation, he has been engaged in the occupation continuously for more than 5 years.

(3) Engaged in this occupation continuously for more than 6 years.

(4) Obtain the vocational (professional) graduation certificate from a secondary or higher vocational school with intermediate skills as the training target, which is verified and confirmed by the labor security administrative department.

Thread Rolling Machine

Advanced (one of the following conditions)

(1) After obtaining the intermediate professional qualification certificate, he has been engaged in the operation of hydraulic thread rolling machines for more than 4 years. After the formal high-level training of the occupation has reached the required standard number of hours, and obtained the completion certificate.

(2) After obtaining the intermediate vocational qualification certificate of the occupation, he has been engaged in the occupation continuously for more than 7 years.

(3) Obtain a vocational (professional) graduation certificate from a senior technical school or a higher vocational school with advanced skills as the training target, which is approved by the labor security administrative department.

Technician (one of the following conditions)

(1) After obtaining the advanced professional qualification certificate for this occupation, he has been engaged in the operation of the manual thread rolling machine for more than 5 years, and has reached the required standard number of hours after formal training of the professional technician, and obtained a certificate of completion

(2) After obtaining the advanced vocational qualification certificate for the occupation, he has been engaged in the occupation continuously for more than 7 years.

(3) Graduates of senior technical school who have obtained the vocational advanced vocational qualification certificate shall have been engaged in the occupation for more than 2 years.
